| Description : | The termination point of the automatic transmission breather pipe may allow water to accumulate on the end of the pipe and in extreme sub zero ambient temperatures could cause the water to freeze, which results in a blocked breather pipe. In extreme conditions transmission fluid could be ejected from the transmission dipstick tube into the engine bay. In exceptional circumstances spilled fluid can come into contact with the exhaust system. |
