| Description : | Investigations have identified that in certain circumstances water can migrate up the breather pipe and into the gearbox, and if allowed to continue, causes corrosion of the park lock mechanism. Although park lock can appear to be selected the mechanism may not engage. If the park lock function is selected to solely sustain the vehicle in a parked condition and the mechanism has not engaged, this may result in the vehicle rolling away. |
