The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) contributes to delivery of Government initiatives as part of the Safety, Service Delivery and Logistics Group.
As a group, we are working together to provide modern and efficient services to meet the needs of customers, while always remaining focused on keeping drivers and vehicles safe and secure.

VOSA’s strategy to achieve this mission focuses on contributing towards our main goals of improved road safety and customer satisfaction whilst addressing wider government goals including: a better environment; reduced vehicle crime; and, value for money.
