Crystal Mark
Crystal Mark is the Plain English Campaigns internationally recognised symbol of clarity, encouraging organisations to communicate clearly. It applies to a document and shows that it can be read, understood and acted upon by the intended audience. VOSA supports the Plain English Campaign and adopts the standard throughout its communication process.
VOSA has achieved a Crystal Mark for our MOT Certificate. This means that we have made every effort to ensure that the certificate is easy to understand, and is written in a clear and concise style. Both the VOSA corporate website, and the Transport Office
portal also follows the guidance offered by the Plain English campaign, making sure our content can be understood by all users wherever possible.
