Regulatory Impact Assessments
The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) is involved in a number of consultations to ensure new legislation and best practice meets all customers’ requirements. These papers, in many cases, include a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA). This is a tool which informs policy decisions, which are placed in the Houses of Parliament libraries when completed.
