Special Notices are memos that VOSA use to communicate changes within the MOT scheme.

Newsletters

To support its education and development programme VOSA produces a range of DVDs.

Corporate Reports
These include the yearly Business Plan, and successive Annual Report and Accounts, and Effectiveness Report. These list VOSA?s aims and objectives for the year, and report on how we achieved them.

Leaflets and posters
Downloadable copies of all of the leaflets and posters VOSA produces to help and advise the public.

SVA Information Bulletins
Information Bulletins are issued to examiners to update items in the Inspection Manual until the section is reprinted. In general they contain revised interpretations to existing areas of the test.

Model Reports
A list of vehicles whereby Model Reports have been created for different areas of compliance.

SVA Technical Standards Explanations
Within VOSA we have formalised procedures for examiners to request further clarification of the SVA Inspection Manual to give a more detailed explanation or interpretation where required.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys
